| Oct 04, 2020 | Just a quick note of thanks following your repair of my Frigidaire Gallery Range timer. I received it yesterday Oct 3, only 5 days after I sent it away for repair. Great turn around time! I installed it and quickly noticed that the display was significantly brighter than before - an encouraging first indication of a successful repair. I tested the formerly inoperative "BAKE" function and it worked perfectly. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience, for the valuable service that you are providing and for saving my range from a date with the local land fill. Have you reached out to the appliance repair community to make them aware of your services? Instead of instructing me to replace my range because my timer was no longer available, it would have been nice to be recommended a timer rebuild option instead. It would also have provided further service revenue to the repair company. Thanks again! James Morrice |
