| Dec 27, 2017 | I cannot say enough. I was unbelievably pleased. I sent in the timer Canada post 2 day delivery. I received an email within the 2 days timer received. Within 24 hours of that email I recited an email that my timer was repaired and read for return shipment. I paid my invoice and had the timer in my hand within 72 hours. This was incredible. Timer was repaired and now works flawlessly. I’m so happy. Expensive duel fuel slide in range/oven cooktop. Timer was not manufactured any more and this repair saved me $2800.00 not having to replace the entire unit. Len Martin |

| Dec 27, 2017 | The first sign of trouble was that the display was getting so dim that we could hardly read it. Then the broiler quit - element continuity tested OK. Then the main element quit - element continuity tests OK I tested both where they plug on to the elements and was expecting 220V but got nothing. I found ApplianceTimer.com online and was able to get a rebuilt timer. The website was easy to follow, the parts came quickly, they are installed and working well. The only part I did not like was the cost of shipping - it cost me $20 to get a $50 core refund. Cecil Cowie |

| Dec 22, 2017 | The board in my electric range went BANG one day. Then Sears went out of business and took their spare parts with them. Oh no! What to do? In swoops appliancetimers.com to save the day. I made some notes and took some photos before removing the bad board and shipped it out. A week later we were up and running again with some new relays and fresh solder joints. I'm hard to please but I'm very happy with the work and the turnaround time. I had requested that, if the problem was a relay, all relays be replaced and it appears that that is what was done. The repair was complete within 24 hours of you receiving it and it was shipped back about an hour after I made payment, based on the shipping notification email I received. When the clock on the dryer conked-out, Amana did not have the part and expected us to just junk the appliance pair.... I am not really the tree hugger type, but this is just a blatant waste of resources, not to mention the money. Well, we sure were glad that a company like Appliance Timers, saw the niche in the market for this type of service. Appliance Timers, fixed our clock, very quickly and returned it to us.
