Easy fix thanks to you. Hold door open and press broil for 5 seconds. Apparently happened during a party. Savings approx. $300. I work in the appliance department at Home Depot. |Aug 31, 2010||It took a little time for my timer to reach you but once it got there you fixed it and it came back very quickly. I would highly recommend your company. Make sure you label your timer connections really well as you unplug it this will make the reinstall a lot faster. I had a couple of wires mixed up but got it figured out, I am a 48 year old female and fixed it by myself. Thanks for saving me lots of money it was well worth the shipping time.|

|Mar 30, 2010||Thank you for your very rapid turnaround of the ERC. I received it on a Tuesday and I know you hadn't gotten delivery until the Friday just before that. I was cooking 20 minutes after the part arrived. I think it is so wasteful to discard an entire appliance because the manufacturer doesn't carry replacements parts and in this case that is exactly what would have happened if not for your very beneficial service. Who knows how long the rest of the oven will last but by repairing the timer at least I have a fighting chance. Other than the snail pace that the USPS delivered the part to you this has been a great experience.|

|Feb 07, 2010||Yesterday PM I received the repaired timer, and this morning I installed it. Frankly it appears to be better than new. If I remember when the stove was new, the clock would make a slight mechanical noise, and now it and the timer are completely silent (except when the timer bell goes off - fortunately).|
For the record, my experience with appliancetimers was 110% positive, with informed correspondence, and a timely (no play on words) repair. And the icing on the cake, was that you were able to find replacement digit wheels. We are so pleased with the result that we have already made a note to sent the timer to you for an anticipated repair in 2030.
