With a little YouTube instructional help, I was able to extract the digital control panel (if I can do it, anyone can!) and send it to them while I was away for a long weekend. It was back within a week. Another major appliance saved from landfill, and my cherished cookstove works like new at a small fraction of the cost of a new one (which we know would have been of lesser quality.)
