| Dec 05, 2020 | I had an issue with the 31645550 timer on my Fridgidaire range. Everything worked as normal (LED fine), but the oven element and broiler would not work. A quick diagnosis with a mulitmeter and an email to ApplianceTimers.com asking for a replacement was the next step. There was no replacement available so they offered to repair it. It worked splendidly and I couldn't recommend this repair service enough. Danny Seeton |

| Jul 27, 2020 | Control Unit started intermittently to not cycle oven elements back on after bringing the oven up to temperature. Because the timer display stays at the temperature set, we didn't realize there was problem until an hour later when we noticed we couldn't smell dinner cooking and the oven had cooled by 1 or 2 hundred degrees and cooling. After a few months it became almost a regular occurrence. Canada express post took almost two weeks delivering it to Quebec for repair. After a week and a half on the weekend we started looking at New ranges. Thankfully the timer arrived in Chicoutimi on Monday morning and was repaired immediately, shipped out Tuesday and arrived here Thursday in time for dinner. Works Perfectly. Richard |

| Mar 26, 2020 | We had, for a while, been managing an intermittent timer on our gas Jenn Air range. The reliability continued to deteriorate making using the oven unreliable. We actually, on Christmas Eve 2019, decided to start the process of contacting Appliance Timer on their contact email. To our amazement we received a reply from Howard Simons almost immediately that night. He assured us that they were familiar with the model of the timer and they had a high success rate of repair. We kept the timer in the stove to get through the holiday season. We followed the shipping instructions and virtually within a day of the parcel tracking showing it arrived we were informed the timer was repaired. The timer module has been installed and works perfectly. The contact with Appliancetimers was amazing. Great job, excellent company. | Apr 04, 2019 | Mid-February I was servicing a built in Oven made by CamCo that was about 20 years old. The problem was reported as oven starts to heat up but after a few minutes will turn off when it indicates 100 deg. I diagnosed the problem to a problem in the electronic timer. I spent about two hours, on-line, trying to find a replacement timer for this old stove that was built in to a very expensive wood cabinet. A new stove was going to be a last resort as there would have to be major renovations to the kitchen cabinets to accommodate a new modern stove. I did find companies that listed this timer, but all indicated “Sold out” or “Not available”. I did eventually land on ApplianceTimers.com web page and it was with much relief that they indicated they could repair this old timer. I contacted them and they replied with instructions on how and where to send the timer for repair. For less than $200 CDN - I received the repaired timer about 2.5 week after I shipped it to Appliancetimers.com. Thanks to the great service from appiancetimers.com, my customer is very happy to have her old friend back up and running like new. David Matick |

| Feb 26, 2019 | I do not under normal circumstances usually write a commentary on a company's service performance, but I really think one is warranted in this case. Appliance Timers' website is well structured with what needs to be done in order to get your part to them. In my case, the board arrived at Appliance Timers on a Thursday morning and I was informed the following afternoon that it was repaired and ready to be shipped back to me. As promised it arrived back in two business days. I reinstalled it and it has worked flawlessly for the past several weeks. I am not aware of the repairs details but it does carry a one year guarantee and I have little doubt that if it has worked so far that it should continue to do so. Frankly, I don't know how Appliance Timers could make improvements to this business model. I am very pleased and thankful. Kent Taylor |

| Jan 31, 2019 | Well, where to begin. Fabulous! Is a good start. Stoves nowadays are built poorly by one manufacturer. The older stoves have real self clean and hold temp better and many other great things. I believe my top broiler blew and took out the electronic timer with it. The display was poor also. Rumour was that this company could fix that too but I just wanted the electronic timer to function. My part was no longer available. Then I found this company. I removed the electronic timer. Kept the stove top working. Even tho there was a postal strike it returned very quickly. And the display was like new and the unit worked awesome. My advice is to replace all elements BEFORE installation of the fixed part to prevent blowing the fixed electronic timer. Glenn McQuarrie |

We were slightly skeptical at first when they said they could repair it but we thought it was worth a shot if we didn't have to purchase a new stove. I was having a hard time finding a suitable oven to fit in the existing space of my current oven after a local repair service told me that the timer had failed and due to the age of my oven no replacement part was available. After a little searching online, I came across ApplicanceTimers.com. Reading through their website, the process for submission seemed pretty straightforward. The only challenge was to figure out how to remove my timer to send into ApplianceTimers.com. After doing some searching and a couple of emails, I was able to figure it out and remove the timer. Fingers crossed, I submitted a repair request and sent it to ApplianceTimers for them to look at and hopefully repair it. Thank you to ApplianceTimers.com to quickly diagnose, repair and return the timer for me to reinstall back into the oven just in time for New Year's eve dinner!
