Actual temperature Is either lowest setting or highest setting. Oven repair company has apparently already tested and replaced the thermostat to try and resolve problem with no success and then informed us that it is a problem with the ERC board. (PS: This repair is our last hope of having a working oven without spending some major money as the house was renovated post appliance insertion and now we cannot change out the appliances with out removing our windows in the kitchen. Something we really hope to avoid. So I hope the repair person was correct in his assessment and that this works. Thank you!)	Repaired
