Centreville, VirginiaJGBP26GEN4ADN/AWhen I would try to preheat the oven, it would take the temperature set point, then change the display from the set point to 100 degrees then turn off without heating like I had hit cancel. I had a repair service determine it was not the pilot light.Repaired

Houston, Texas362.7391594F1F1 error code would occur intermittently over the last year or two. We had been able to shut it off by hitting the clear or bake button. Recently F1 could not be shut off. Unplugging range, waiting 5 minutes, and replugging it in had no effect because F1 came back on. Internet forum suggested disconnecting the tape wire to the clock. I disconnected the tape wire I could get to since I couldn't open the oven dashboard very much. That stopped the F1 and enabled me to use the stove top. I hope you can fix it. Please return ship as cheaply as possible because I am not in a hurry to bake. Thank you.Beyond Repair
