Timer does not feel right when turning it. I used a voltage meter to
test all other possible parts (Start switch, door switch, etc.) and they tested correctly, including the most-likely-to-fail part, the thermal fuse. Once I pulled the colored markers from the timer I really didn't know how to test it, in fact, I wasn't sure how to test it when wired; didn't know it's interaction with Start switch.
