| Nov 20, 2023 | This worked out great. I was not so confident that I could take the timer out of the range and send it to them and then put it back. Took me a few tries to make sure that I could extract it and then reinstall it as before. Marking every connection (there were ten) was well worth it. Now we can see the oven temperature and all the other readings clearly. Tony |

This dishwasher is 30 years old, but runs very well thanks to your work to restore a "dead spot" on the timer. Should we have another issue with any other appliance timer, I know who to contact. | Nov 27, 2023 |  Thank you so very much for repairing the electronic display on our range/oven. It was no longer possible to purchase a replacement module (too old), but, since it was only the display that was faulty, Appliance Timers was the perfect solution. Not only did they replace the display but they cleaned the module and replaced a broken connector pin - all for the agreed upon price! For the first time in 10 years we can see the display clearly and not have to guess at what we were doing. The process was very fast and in less than a week it was sent off, returned and installed! | Nov 03, 2023 | I didn't want to give up on my classic Maytag washer from 1976, with a matching dryer that still works, so I was happy to find Appliance Timers. The cost of the timer repair, removal and installation, and shipping was a fraction of buying a new budget model washer that would not match the dryer. To buy a new set would have been so expensive. | Sep 12, 2023 | Once again (second time) I have sent the timer in for repair on my oven which is over 25 years old. And, once again the company did an excellent job! I sent the timer in for repair (they did not have a replacement in stock). It arrived there and within ONE DAY it had been repaired and was shipped back to me the day after I paid for the repair. It is now re-installed and working great. FANTASTIC customer service. I highly recommend this company if you need your timer repaired. PS - Sure a lot cheaper than buying a new stove - the old ones work longer than the newer ones!! Richard Bell |

| Jul 18, 2023 |  The timer in our '80s vintage Maytag washer went out in May, 2023. I searched for about 2 weeks for a replacement; without success. Finally, an internet search turned up ApplianceTimers.com. The website looked promising, so I gave Mr. Simons a call. He immediately said the timer could be repaired, so I decided to send it up north (there wasn't any alternative, really). It went out on May 15th, and I had it back before the end of the month. After the timer was reinstalled, I determined that the drive motor had failed, and taken the timer out with it. Once the motor was replaced, the rebuilt timer, and the machine, worked perfectly again. Thanks to Mr. Simons and ApplianceTimers.com for their expertise - I'll undoubtedly be using them if I need timer service in the future.Randy Sorenson |
