The timer shows no indicator lights/leds at all, and the oven does not work. The stove top works fine. I replaced the lower burner element and across the terminals it measure 19 ohms, so it is has continuity. <br />

It seems like the timer is broken since everything else shows electrical continuity or works. So, I deduce that the timer board is broken. Hopefully you can repair it.<br />
