| Nov 29, 2016 | I just wanted to THANK YOU for providing this SERVICE. I phoned and spoke to Mr. Simons who encouraged me to go ahead and remove the timer myself, I did it without too much trouble. I packaged the part & sent it off for repair. It was promptly repaired and returned to me and I reinstalled the repaired timer. As a 70 year old single woman I am just a bit pleased with myself for giving it a go. But I am REALLY PLEASED that this service exists. And the pricing is certainly fair and worth every penny! | Oct 05, 2016 | I sent my old timer in last week and it arrived on Friday at the repair facility. By 2PM MDT the same day, it was repaired and ready to ship. It got installed yesterday and everything is back to normal. Thank god as my wife had already picked out a new fridge and dishwasher, to match the new oven she was also going to buy. | Oct 04, 2016 | The repair company we have been using for years said: "The timer is bad and cannot be replaced, You need to buy a new Oven/range". Replacing our Thermadore dual-fuel meant >$5,000. After searching on google, I found ApplianceTimers.com Everything worked as advertised. I removed my timer (thanks to some help from google, again), carefully taking pictures as I did it so I would know how to put it back together. Two weeks after sending my timer out, it was repaired and returned - just as advertised. I installed it last night, and my Thermadore is as good as new! Couldn't be happier - and saved almost $5,000. | Sep 27, 2016 | We just wanted to say THANK YOU so very much for fixing our oven/timer control for our Kenmore Elite Stove! We had all but given up on this stove....Our son searched online and found you....We sent the part to you and kept our fingers crossed. Not only did you send it back working ...but the digital display is brighter that it ever has been even when it was new! It had gotten so dim we literally had to close the blinds and turn out the lights and cup our hands around it to see the temperature read out ... it was crazy. You literally saved us a couple of thousand dollars on a new stove. You have very happy customers here....the first thing I did was bake brownies...we had been with out an oven for 7 months....with California weather and it being Bar-B-Que season we didn't miss it a lot...but my family missed my baking, so now we can really plan for the holidays and all the goodies that go with it !!! Finding your service to repair was a savior because I would not be able to find a gas oven in beige that fits in the space the way the current one does, plus the expense of a new one when there really wasn't anything wrong with the old one would be a shame. I didn't have much hope that you'd be able to fix it, but figured there wasn't much to lose aside from the shipping cost. I was so pleased to receive the repaired timer today. It was in even better condition than I sent it to you in - the beeper is louder and screen display brighter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your service to anyone in need of a timer repair. We set it at 350 and put two oven thermometers in it-- one hit 350 on the nose, the other about 5 degrees higher-- think it's probably our old thermometers! Thanks for all your help with this. Each time I emailed you with a question, I was just about in a panic, and I think you returned each of these emails within the hour with exactly the information I needed. Just wanted you to know that it's meaningful to me, and it speaks especially well of you as a man. You're a rare one these days. It's been about 4 years since the oven quit. I think you know what we went through trying to get a replacement, or you wouldn't be rebuilding these. We finally came to a point where we were either going to replace it for $1000 + or just continue to live with it not working. Again, your price was fair, and your workmanship did the job. Total cost was about $260, but that includes the temperature probe that I replaced, which made no difference. The cost to replace the oven would have been around $1500, so I’m a happy camper! | Jan 03, 2016 | With the hustle of the holidays, I neglected to follow-up with you to THANK YOU for your prompt, courteous and professional service on my defective oven control board. We found our ~20 year old oven was a full 150-200 degrees off when we moved into our newly-purchased home just prior to Thanksgiving. Because you were able to turn around our repair request efficiently, we were able to successfully host Thanksgiving, bake for the new neighbors, and otherwise enjoy a fully functional kitchen over the holidays. The calibration on our rebuilt board is SPOT ON, as confirmed by a secondary oven thermometer. Thanks again for your help!
