However, I will say that I was very satisfied with the rebuilt timer you supplied me. The timer functioned perfectly. We can now see the oven display without turning off the lights. I was also happy to purchase the extended warranty your firm offers and hope you get to keep the money and my new timer continues to operate for many more years. I feel good knowing you back your timers with extended warranties. Thanks for being there for people like myself that really have nowhere else to turn when needing a discontinued timer. I thought your service was excellent, especially the very specific instructions you gave for shipping which were very helpful. Once you received the timer, the turnaround time was amazing! The timer we sent was repaired and is working great. That saved us about $2000.00 compared to replacing the double oven that is in place. | Dec 07, 2012 | The timer readout is real bright like you said it would be. It works perferctly. You were correct in thinking my real problem was a relay. It was and the relay was located on the right side of the oven. I had to pull the oven out and then press the relay button. It now works perfectly. I am very satisfied with the fast attention that Appliance Timers gave me with my timer needing repair. My timer was repaired and shipped back to me just in time for my wife to fix Thanksgiving dinner for our family and guests. | Dec 07, 2012 | I wanted to tell you that the service you provided was an absolute game saver. When the power outage knocked out my oven controller, I was starting from scratch. The local appliance stores told me that my timer was obsolete, and no longer available. New ovens ran between $1200 - 1600 USD. I found your company, online, by running the part number of the controller, and called you. In a few short sentences, we verified that the controller was bad, and I sent it back to you. We needed it back, quickly, so my teacher wife could bake brownies for her classes. Communication was great, and next day air got the repaired controller back in time. Fifteen minutes after receipt, the oven was powered up and working. My wife got an additional bonus, because I mixed up the brownies as a first test, and the timer worked as new. I can't say enough good things about you, your company and the service you provide. (I'm not a Facebook subscriber, but will certainly tell others about your excellent company.) | Nov 16, 2012 | My range is 12 years old and has been working fine until it wasn't heating properly. When oven temp button pushed and temperature set, the starting temperature is 215*. Oven will get hot if set at 500-550* but will not maintain baking temperature. Temperature sensor was replaced and has a resistance of 1049 Ohms at 70*. Baking element is 20 Ohms. Broiler, surface burners, and kitchen timer all work fine. I found Appliancetimers.com via google search. I spoke to Howard Simons and he was very helpful and emailed me the status of the timer. They repaired it. It only took a few minutes to reinstall it and the range has been working fine ever since. I saved about $300 by repairing instead of replacing the range. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Tip: take pictures of the wire connections on the timer before removing it. It will speed up the reinstallation. George Bukowski |

| Nov 07, 2012 | After dealing with unsuccessful attempts at trying to order a new electronic timer/clock for our oven, we came across Appliancetimers.com. We sent in both our electronic timer board and our relay board. They diagnosed the problem, repaired our board, and for half of the cost of what a new board would cost, we have a working oven!! Appliancetimers.com not only is quick in their response to their emails, but the repair, payment and shipping is also done efficiently. I originally contacted Sears about this problem and they charged me appoximately $90 to visit my home and say it would cost in excess of $600 to replace the timer, something they could have done over the phone. I jiggled with some wires in back of the range and was able to get it to perform partially but we could not broil or clean the oven, nor would many of the other functions work. Your office did everything it said it would do and provided a refund for the old timer as soon as the timer was received by you. The time you sent me works perfectly and we are pleased that we have a fully functioning stove once again. Thanks for your help. Herve Depow |

| Oct 05, 2012 | We received our timer about 2 weeks ago and it works great! I was extremely frustrated and disappointed that our newer oven quit working and the replacement timer was discontinued. When our oven quit working, it was so frustrating. After taking parts to the repair center getting them tested, told they were bad, paid unnecessary money, and waiting week after week for new parts, only to be disappointed. Paid for a technician to come to our home for a diagnostic, ordered more unnecessary parts, wait for additional time for shipping, only to once again be disappointed. If you could only imagine how upsetting this could be, let alI ne going w/o an oven for that long of time and throughout the holidays.
