Perfect and back in operation… | |
| Aug 01, 2022 | Repaired my appliance timer in 2018. No problem with dimming timer since then. In early June 2022 both the upper and lower relay circuit boards failed. (Easy to tell because the failed parts leave a small burn mark on the back side of the boards). Note: no longer manufactured by Jennair or any third party. So bad news if you can’t fix. Removed boards with care (photo wiring and also label each wire. The electrical schematic is not an easy read). Sent for repair by courier and received back repaired the next Thursday. Perfect and back in operation. Just to note. The connectors for the wiring needs to be double checked. If not done correctly you will get an error code for communication failure. Excellent services! | Jan 26, 2021 | I am extremely pleased with the repair I received on the faulty oven timer that I sent to Appliance Timers. The timer was repaired within a day and returned to me by courier immediately there after. I felt that both the repair cost and the return shipping cost were very reasonable. I now have a fully functioning stove once more and as such, saved myself a significant sum over the cost of a new one. Additionally, there is one less perfectly good appliance in the land fill. I also found the Appliance Timer.ca website very user friendly. It was very easy to follow the prompts and instructions for completing the work order and preparing for shipping. Directions for payment upon completion and prior to return shipping were also easy to follow. I am really glad I took a chance and repaired this oven myself. A repair service was not an option during Covid shut down. William Peet |

| Jun 03, 2020 | I would like to thank you for fixing my Frigidaire oven timer and control panel. During the pandemic lock down the oven elements had ceased to work and during this time I could not go out and buy a new stove. Any replacement unit for the timer that I could find was more than the repair would have been. Then I found your website and took the chance sending it from Sask to Quebec and back. Once I had ascertained that I was going to use your services, I mailed the unit to you. I mailed it Friday, Canada Post got it to you by Monday, you then repaired it and shipped it back. I received it Friday of the next week and the next thing I knew I had a working stove. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent and the shipping was fast! Thanks, Appliance Timers. | Mar 15, 2020 | I bought this wall oven over 20 years ago for $1000.00. I was looking at an expenditure of $1750.00 plus taxes for a new one because a new timer was not available. I was made aware of your service by Val at Professional Appliance Repair in Saskatoon. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround time and the packaging and cleanliness of the returned timer. I installed it myself and everything works flawlessly. The lighting of the clock and timer functions is awesome and I really thought the charges were reasonable.
