I sent the timer in for repair (they did not have a replacement in stock). It arrived there and within ONE DAY it had been repaired and was shipped back to me the day after I paid for the repair. It was back within a week. Another major appliance saved from landfill, and my cherished cookstove works like new at a small fraction of the cost of a new one (which we know would have been of lesser quality.) | Jul 13, 2021 | The timer "worked", but the display was so burned out and faded that it was nigh-impossible to view. After extensive searches for replacements for this product (and overwhelming disappointment in that area), I wasn't particularly hopeful about finding anyone who might be able to repair it for a reasonable price, versus just getting a new oven. However, ApplianceTimers was very informative, prompt in responding to queries, and promised to not charge service fees if they were unable to repair the product. I opted to take a chance on them, given their reasonable rates, and was incredibly surprised and pleased at the pace in which they fixed up my timer. After receiving it back and re-installing it, it worked better than when I first moved in, and I couldn't be happier. I know that a service like this may seem a little odd/sketchy, but I will personally vouch for the excellent quality of service offered and provided by ApplianceTimers, at least in relation to Oven Timers. | Oct 15, 2020 | They fixed my oven timer. My oven would not heat up. I would set it to 350 degrees but it would not heat up to temperature. If I cancelled it, and reset it to 350 degrees again, it would say the actual temperature it was at (not 350). It wasn't the element (we tested it). I gave them a call to ask if they thought it was the timer, and they were very helpful and explained it most likely was (with all the testing we have done). Jessica |

I sent the timer to AT's which was promptly returned within 7 days. Indeed, after having re-installed the repaired component, the oven immediately worked like a charm! I knew that trying to fix the component on my own was way above my pay grade which started my search for a suitable service that could do the job. After about 10 months, it failed as well. Unwilling to put my stove into the landfill when the burners worked fine, I went without an oven for 10 months. However, I had a cookie exchange coming up and needed to get my oven working. I found ApplianceTimers.com online. I was relieved to find a company that FIXES things, instead of replaces them. The fact that they were right here in Canada was another huge selling point. I sent them my old oven timer control board. Within a week, I had a repaired control board back, installed, and working! Once the control panel was removed and sent to Quebec it was repaired in record time (delivered there on a Thursday and received a email the next day that it had been repaired and ready to be returned). Put it back and and voila the lights went on and so did the oven. Not only is the oven working but I was down to two burners and now three are working with the fourth attempting to. Can live with three for the time being. For a very small price to pay for repairs you have saved me from having to buy a new stove which i couldn't afford - especially one to replace this one with a down draft. Within 24 hours of that email I recited an email that my timer was repaired and read for return shipment. I paid my invoice and had the timer in my hand within 72 hours. This was incredible. Timer was repaired and now works flawlessly. I’m so happy. Expensive duel fuel slide in range/oven cooktop. I originally contacted Sears about this problem and they charged me appoximately $90 to visit my home and say it would cost in excess of $600 to replace the timer, something they could have done over the phone. I jiggled with some wires in back of the range and was able to get it to perform partially but we could not broil or clean the oven, nor would many of the other functions work. Your office did everything it said it would do and provided a refund for the old timer as soon as the timer was received by you. I was shown how and where the fault occurred. This was an extremely economical and fast way of replacing my timer.
