| Nov 03, 2023 | I didn't want to give up on my classic Maytag washer from 1976, with a matching dryer that still works, so I was happy to find Appliance Timers. The cost of the timer repair, removal and installation, and shipping was a fraction of buying a new budget model washer that would not match the dryer. To buy a new set would have been so expensive. I have an older double oven with a broken timer, and since the timer I needed was no longer available, my only option was to buy a new oven or get it repaired. When I called today, I spoke with Howard who went over and above to determine what the true problem was with my oven. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. To my total surprise, someone answered the phone and answered my question so that I could finish my repairs. Totally awesome. I wish i could anticipate this kind of customer service in the states. | Mar 30, 2010 | Thank you for your very rapid turnaround of the ERC. I received it on a Tuesday and I know you hadn't gotten delivery until the Friday just before that. I was cooking 20 minutes after the part arrived. I think it is so wasteful to discard an entire appliance because the manufacturer doesn't carry replacements parts and in this case that is exactly what would have happened if not for your very beneficial service. Who knows how long the rest of the oven will last but by repairing the timer at least I have a fighting chance. Other than the snail pace that the USPS delivered the part to you this has been a great experience. Please feel free to share my story. Happy Earth Day, Kurt Pietsch |

| Jun 23, 2008 | We have an older Kenmore dryer and the timer went out. We could not find a replacement timer for love nor money. We were about to give up when we found you guys. We sent our timer up and it was repaired quickly and for a great price. It's back in the dryer and it works perfectly! I'm very pleased that someone actually repairs stuff rather than just throwing it out!! John Donat |
