I have one question that is, i have noticed that the buttons are much harder to push and take a lot more pressure to allow them to work. Will this "break in" or something I should live with? | Feb 14, 2019 | Fedex showed up last evening at 7PM with the repaired timer. I had it back in the stove by 8PM and we now have a functioning oven. We paid $1400 for this stove in 2004 and the replacement cost now would be almost double. Being a technician for 45 years I always liked to know that the repairs I performed one day still held fast the next so I thought you would like to know. Great job! John Patchell |

Not only did you respond to me, you did so on a Sunday. I'll highly recommend your company, first chance I get. | Apr 09, 2012 | My timer arrived today and, as you said, I was able to easily remove the old one and put the new one in (probably less than 30 minutes total). And the verdict is: we now have an oven / broiler!! YAY!! Thank you so much for offering this timer at such an awesome price! I will be returning the defective timer very soon so you can hopefully fix it and make someone else just as excited to be able to bake again!! :) Paul Panici |
